The Nordic Branch office is based in Oslo and we are represented in 5 countries, and manages 32 contracts for some of Vanderlande’s largest customers within Airports, Warehousing and Parcel.We are in total about 100 employed in the Nordic and about 15 persons will be present in the newly established Nordic Office.
Objective and responsibilities:
As a Project Manager Service, you are responsible for providing, selling and realizing multiple RMR (revisions, modifications and retrofits) projects and Life Cycle Support for existing and new systems of our customers in Nordic region.
Together with the Contract Manager and Account Manager you translate the customer needs into a technical solution and commercial offer.
You are responsible for the performance of the project execution such as time, budget, quality and functionality. During this process you manage all stakeholders (internal/external) and have a strong focus on managing opportunities and risks.
As Project Manager you need to be flexible and pressure resistant and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
In addition, you support the development of Service projects processes in your own team and globally to professionalize the way of working.
We believe some of your experience and skills are within:
Development and implementation of business plans/initiatives/programs for own team (scope 1 year)
Management of RMR project business: staff, operations, quality, finance/P&L contract with customer
Problem solving and trouble shooting
Weekly and monthly reports concerning problems and incidents
Communication with customer
Professionalize way of working of RMR
Cost control, budget control and evaluation
