Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. The company is also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses.
Vanderlande’s baggage handling systems move 3.7 billion pieces of luggage around the world per year, in other words 10.1 million per day. Its systems are active in 600 airports including 13 of the world’s top 20. More than 39 million parcels are sorted by its systems every day, which have been installed for the world’s leading parcel companies. In addition, many of the largest global e-commerce players and distribution firms have confidence in Vanderlande’s efficient and reliable solutions.
The Nordic Branch office is based in Oslo and we are represented in 5 countries, and manages 32 contracts for some of Vanderlande’s largest customers within Airports, Warehousing and Parcel.We are in total about 100 employed in the Nordic and about 15 persons will be present in the newly established Nordic Office.
Objective and responsibilities:
Your goal is to provide our customers with optimal support in the maintenance of our systems through the entire operational life-cycle. In your assigned region you’ll be responsible for setting up and developing the service network and to work closely with the Contract Managers in the region.
In the position of Nordic Service Account Manager, you’ll have the chance to use your commercial, negotiation and communication skills in addition to natural leadership qualities in in our growing Nordic Branch.
You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Proven Experience of Account Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Excellent organizational skills
You are able to speak, read and write English
